Holistic Bliss Keto Review

Holistic Bliss Keto Review: Scam or Legit?

Despite its name, Holistic Bliss Keto isn’t a diet, it’s a new weight loss supplement that is basically a fusion of several popular health trends all smashed into one pill.

But the question is, does it work, and is it worth your time and money?

First it’s worth revisiting exactly what keto is and dispel any illusions you might have about the its health benefits, purported or otherwise.

Disclaimer: I can’t tell you what to do with your body, I can only give you the facts. If you already have certain favorable beliefs about keto going into this, you might not like what I have to say. You should stick around and read anyway, however, because you deserve the know the truth, not simply what marketers are trying to shove down your throat.

Keto: Dangerous Diet Trend

It’s important to get something out of the way from the start. Keto is a diet fad.

As with most diet fads, it is a bunch of marketing hype wrapped around a few tiny kernels of truth.

In the case of keto, the “kernel of truth” is that for some people, keto does help them to lose weight.

If you are currently overweight and eating a typical Western diet of processed grain, sugars, corn syrup, fried meat, and candy, there is a high likelihood that keto will allow you to lose weight.

What they won’t tell you is that nearly every other major diet trend or fad would also allow you to lose weight. Natural plant-based lifestyles changes, like veganism, would accomplish this as well, without any nasty side effects or damage to your body.

Keto begins with an erroneous premise: that it is at all healthy to keep the body in a prolonged state of ketosis.

Ketosis, from which the keto diet gets its name, is a normal metabolic process that occurs whenever the body lacks sufficient glucose to burn for energy. In this period of metabolic desperation, it will begin to burn off fat reserves.

In other words, keto is a diet whereby you restrict carbohydrate intake, in the hopes that your body will begin burning fat instead, and stay in this mode for a prolonged period of time.

It’s not natural, and it is certainly not healthy, regardless of what you may or may not have heard before.

Ketosis is actually the same state you are in once you begin to enter starvation. Due to eating more meat, and the higher production of uric acid, ketosis forces a more acidic state in the body, where disease and disorders are more likely to flourish.

Keto is also extremely hard on the kidneys and liver, which have to deal with the ongoing processing of the burnt fats.

These organs are not designed to maintain a state of continuous ketosis, and easily become overburdened and diseased if forced to do so.

The increase in acid production in the body weakens joints and bones, increases work for the heart, inhibits cellular function, and unbalances your gut flora. It can also increase risk of kidney stones and various cancers.

The long and short of it is, keto is not healthy. It is just repackaged Atkins, which has been revealed to be a massive diet scam that is directly responsible for millions of dollars worth of associated diseases and deaths.

Knowing this, we can take a better look at this Holistic Bliss Keto supplement and see what it really has to offer.

Holistic Bliss Keto, Epitome of Fad Weight Loss Supplement

One thing stands out when you actually look at the ingredients of Holistic Bliss. It’s extremely, unhealthily acidic, even by modern processed foods standards.

It’s four primary active ingredients are all highly acidic compounds that do not always play well with the body.

The supplement is basically a hunger suppressor that also assists the body in sustaining ketosis by specifically burning fat.

This combination obviously works well for weight loss. If that is your one and only goal, I suspect that in the short term marginal results would be possible.

However, if you are concerned about long term results, as well as the general health of your body, you’re going to want to take a closer look.

The reason why I can say this product is more fad than substance, is because of the active ingredients chosen.

One in particular, Apple Cider Vinegar, is a current darling of the mainstream health industry and many are discovering its “health” benefits by word of mouth. It is rather obvious that this supplement is cashing in on the popularity of Apple Cider Vinegar, despite the fact that it is not all that beneficial to the body and can even be dangerous.

Many reading this might be surprised that I’m declaring Apple Cider Vinegar unhealthy. This is not entirely the case, however. In small doses, as a tonic for sickness, Apple Cider Vinegar can be effective in relieving certain symptoms and balancing the body.

It should be noted however that it is highly acidic, and often unbalances the body rather than healing it. Yes, it has some beneficial compounds, but it is not a completely natural substance, and wreaks havoc on our bodily pH.

Drinking Apple Cider Vinegar regularly is almost no different than eating an abundance of dairy and meat. Which of course is the point, because Keto wants you to believe that meat is healthy and dares not mention how dangerous it is for the body to be pushed into an acidic pH.

Other ingredients, like the unnatural beta hydroxybutyrate and the enzyme hydroxycitric acid, are also very acidic and are ultimately unhealthy in prolonged or continuous doses.

Also present is lemon extract, which of course would ordinarily be somewhat healthy if still combined with the rest of the lemon’s plant-based compounds. Despite its acidity, lemons and other citrus fruits actually have a net alkaline effect once consumed, so they are quite healthy for the body. Extracts detached from their plant-based counterparts don’t have the same effect, and coupled with all of the other acids in this product, guarantee a net acidic result on the body, which is the antithesis of health.

The overall consistency of Holistic Bliss is no different than many chemical-based supplements, it is highly acidic and unnatural from the standpoint of our biology. Just because you can purport to cram a bunch of “healthy” things into a supplement doesn’t mean it is actually healthy: this view of health has created the most diseased and illness-laden country in the history of modern society: the United States.

Dangers of Artificial Weight Loss

There are no shortcuts to weight loss. Period.

If you aren’t losing weight naturally by increasing your metabolism and burning calories, you are most likely damaging your body in some way.

You can’t starve your way to health. You can’t slice your body open and suck the fat out when you still have the same metabolism and acidic body state.

And you certainly can’t expect keto to perform miracles.

The human body evolved to run off of carbohydrates. It’s quite literally baked into our biology. Get out of the mindset that “carbs are bad.”

Yes, empty carbs are bad. But so are all empty / acidic calories.

If you are eating processed, dead, acidic food, it doesn’t matter what it’s carb / protein / fat ratio is. It’s poison.

Ketosis is the body trying to keep itself alive in a state of trauma. We all know that prolonged stress on the body is the number one “silent killer.”

Anything that puts the body under continuous biological stress is a death sentence.

Keto is Atkins 2.0, and will be responsible for piles of medical bills in the coming years.

If you want to lose weight naturally, there is only one path: eating healthy combined with physical activity.

You need to increase your metabolism. Weight is directly connected to metabolism. If you are lethargic and eating crap, you are going to gain weight and your health will suffer.

And the opposite is true: if you are active and are eating natural, you are going to be healthier.

If you are looking for concrete, healthy ways to lose weight fast, you should seriously think about going vegan and beginning a serious training regimen that includes at least some weight lifting.

You want to eat plant-based and tear muscle. This is the secret to weight loss. You don’t need a fancy diet, no expensive pill or bizarre medical procedure.

There’s no magic medical shortcut. No “new” diet plan.

Just real lifestyle changes.

The only catch is, you’re going to have to take that first step, give up the fads and excuses, and make real change in your life. That’s the definition of living “holistic” in the first place.
