Your fear is limiting you and keeping you in metaphysical chains. The sooner you learn to release this fear and awaken into who you really are, the sooner you can start enjoying the bounty of life and everything it has to offer.
It’s easier than you think to overcome fear. I will show you how.
The origin of so much fear rests in not knowing who you really are.
One of the biggest problems we face as a species is a lack of connection to the deeper parts of our Self.
This includes a properly aligned moral compass, the ability to discern truth from fiction, and the ability to tap into your mental and physical power.
Here I will discuss some of the ways I help people rediscover who they are by conquering their fear.

Releasing Your Attachment to Outcomes
This is a big one.
When you constantly expect certain outcomes and events to transpire, you are working from a place of deep fear.
You are subconsciously saying that you aren’t comfortable letting life just “exist” and that in order for you to be happy and fulfilled, certain life events must line up in specific ways.
What this is, is self-sabotage on the highest scale.
Attachment to any kind of expected behavior or event is poison.
Living this way is death by a thousand cuts. Every time something doesn’t perfectly work out, every time someone doesn’t perform to your expectations, you feel let down, aggravated, disappointed, upset, and despondent.
You set your Self up for failure.
There is a reason why in many spiritual traditions, one of the first tasks given to newcomers is to learn how to release attachment to outcomes. This behavior is defeatist and fear-based.
Understand that an inability to accept reality at face value is caused by an indulgence of fear.
You fear the parameters of your own life, you fear what the “wrong” behavior in others might mean for you, you fear that you lack control over your own life and cannot determine any outcomes.
Expectation is bred in the ego, and it stems from the belief that life is supposed to cater to you, even when you are wrong, lazy, making poor decisions, or whatever else.
Stop expecting anything from anyone.
You have to let this sickness go. And yes, it is indeed a sickness.
If you find yourself wishing for certain outcomes or “expecting” people to act a certain way, take a conscious step backward and quietly bring yourself into the present.
Meditate on the fact that the only reality that exists is the now, and that your expectations are meaningless.
When you let go of the burden of expectation, your entire soul will feel lighter.
Breathe in the moment, and tell yourself, whatever happens is what was meant to happen. You cannot control the actions of others, and the belief that they should cater to you in any way is selfish and goes against natural law.
Make an effort to practice this multiple times a day, whenever the inclination of expectation pops up.
These little moments of fear can be righted easily by bringing your Self into the moment and releasing your expectation.
Once the expectation is gone, the fear leaves as well. This is because expectation is ultimately just another word for the fear of feeling out of control.
It is the fear of ineptitude, the fear of not “acting right,” or things “not working out.”
All of it is merely a fantasy we play out inside our heads, and it is soul-deadening.
Embrace the moment and whatever happens. In this way you will live without fear.
Waiting For the Right Time is Useless
In my experience nearly everyone who goes through the process of overcoming fear and “making something of themselves” has to come to terms with the fact that there’s no “right time” to start changing.
Let go of your belief that it will be easier or more convenient to “wake up” a month from now, or when you have more money, or when you have a better job.
All of these are excuses.
You can’t put in the self-work and overcome your fear because you don’t have enough time? Well I see you have plenty of time to watch Netflix.
You can’t meditate and strengthen your mind because you don’t have enough money for a fancy yoga mat? Too bad, yogis meditate on dirt and rocks.
You can’t face your trauma because you haven’t had enough time to heal? If you keep telling your Self that, you’ll live your entire life in fear and die traumatized.
There’s never going to be a perfect moment or the “right time.”
This is all excuses derived from fear.
You fear failure. You fear not knowing how to proceed and grow. You fear change.
Well I’m here to tell you nothing in this world is scarier than looking back at yourself a decade from now and wondering why you didn’t do what you had to do to change.
Your life is quite literally what you make of it.
If you want years and years of fear and limitation, that is what you will get.
Your potential, your ability to produce, your wealth, health and happiness all rest on you being able to let go of all your fear.
There is no “right time” to start doing any of this.
You shouldn’t fear failure. In fact, failure is how you know you are on the right track.
You cannot learn if you don’t have any real experience of failure to learn off of.
Stop telling yourself you’ll do that thing tomorrow. Stop telling yourself “if only I had more money, then I’d…”
No. It’s all lazy fear-based tripe.
You have the power right this second to start living the life you want.
Never let fear gate-keep you out of the bounty of life.
Stop Identifying With Your Perceived Flaws
Fear is often the product of seeing life through the eyes of your ego.
It’s the ego’s nature to perpetuate itself by distorting the world and your sense of Self.
Seeing the world through your ego is like looking at life reflected through a bunch of fun-house mirrors. Lots of illusion and deception, very little substance.
However, you give these illusions power if you believe in them enough.
Fear is self-perpetuating. It grows legs when you indulge in it.
Nowhere is this more common than in the self-identification with illnesses and vices.
Society has devolved in many ways, one of which is in the weird obsession people now have with being oddly proud of illnesses, deficiencies, weaknesses, vices, bad habits and limitations.
You see it all the time in social media bios and in the way people speak to each other.
Some people will even introduce themselves by labeling themselves with a disease.
“I’m Mary and I have depression and IBS.”
Well that’s great Mary, but to be honest and blunt, nobody cares.
You give these limitations power every time you identify with them. It’s a metaphysical sickness.
Remember, your ailments, issues, bad habits, and weaknesses are not you.
They have nothing to do with who you are as a person and are not related to your true Self in any way, shape, or form.
I always like to ask people who associate too much with their illnesses and weaknesses, what would happen if you died today and found that all of these problems were completely stripped away. Who then would you be? What would you call yourself? How would you label yourself, if at all?
Oftentimes I either get baffled stares or excited revelations.
Either you can’t fathom who you would be without these labels, or you realize that these labels aren’t you and that you can stop giving them power.
It’s very important that you understand how the mind-body relationship works, and what it means for your ability to live an awakened life.
Your subconscious tends to believe whatever you tell it, and we already know that the mind has extensive power over the body. The placebo effect is well documented, but it goes even deeper than that.
Your mind, specifically your subconscious, literally participates in the formation of your world on a quantum level.
Every time you think of yourself as a “cancer patient” rather than someone merely temporarily suffering from cancer, or “bipolar” rather than someone temporarily suffering from bipolar disorder, you are actively reinforcing that reality.
This can be comforting to the ego, which relies on your being limited and weak, but it’s dangerous for the real you. This is the kind of behavior that leads to endless feedback loops of suffering, disappointment, pain, loss, and anger.
You are not your illness. You are not your vices. You are not your mental disorders, weight, or any other arbitrary physical factors. These labels are all limitations born of fear.
Let them all go.
The Key to Living Without Fear
Being true to Self.
To get to this point though, you have to do the Self work.
These tips above are only the beginning. If you really want to start living life on your terms and awaken to your full potential, you have to start investing more time and effort into letting go of all your fears and doubts.
It is all within your ability to do so. You simply need the proper guidance.
Maybe no-one has told you before that you can live without fear.
