Health begins with your diet, but we understand that with all of the mixed messages out there, planning your diet can be difficult. There's also the perception that in order to eat healthy, you have to give up everything that tastes good. Nothing but twigs and grass for the rest of eternity - alas! But this couldn't be further from the truth.
We'll be continuously adding new easy-to-follow recipes to our blog, as well as other nutrition tips that can shed some light on this sometimes confusing subject. Remember, it's not a competition. Don't get into healthy eating just to try and "out-health" someone. Also, don't feel guilty if you aren't yet at a place in your life where you feel you can make the switch to a truly healthy diet. Try expanding your palette with new, healthy foods, and your body will thank you!
