These mental blocks and quarantined emotions become “locked” in our energy field as well as in our organs, leading to repressed anger, disassociation, apathy, neediness, and lack of willpower.
By learning trauma healing and how to process your emotions, you reduce the “ego identity” and begin to associate with your true Self. Every moment of trauma has formed a part of your ego, which is limiting you and dominating your lifescape, holding you back from happiness and fulfillment.
To be conscious of your trauma and go through the act of processing it opens many doors, because emotional balance gives you control of the Will, through which manifestation is conducted. Cultivating willpower and allowing contentment into your life is transformative and empowers you to live fearlessly, in our nature state.
