If you’re one of the 29 million people who suffer from diabetes in the US, you’re probably thinking ‘Oh, great, another fad diet’, but that’s where you’re wrong! My name is Dr Nicola Siso, and I am a lifelong Type 1 diabetic, with a PhD in Holistic Nutrition that I’ve dedicated to reversing the symptoms of diabetes.
When I was first diagnosed – age 29! – I was in shock, and I felt like my life was over. All I wanted was to have energy, lose weight, and feel great again, but with the late diagnosis I was convinced that all of that was out of reach.
Even when I ate healthily and worked out like crazy, my blood sugars were still through the roof, and I felt terrible all the time. But after a decade of heartache, and feeling like a failure in my life, I finally decided to take back control.
After lots of research, I came across a PhD in Holistic Nutrition, and I don’t know why, but something inside me said this is what I need. I can’t believe, looking back, just how much of a difference that one decision has made.
During my studies, I learnt something shocking. My “healthy diet” hadn’t really been all that healthy at all! In fact, it was actually holding me back!
Gradually, I started making small changes in the way I ate and the food I put into my body, and I was amazed at how quickly everything changed. Over the first few days, I suddenly started to have energy throughout the day.
Pretty soon, I lost the excess weight I gained, and my confidence sky-rocketed. Finally, I started getting my life back, but I was left wondering just how many more diabetics could find their lives changed the same way, if only this information was out there.
Now that I’ve reversed most of my most debilitating symptoms using only a natural diet, I’ve dedicated my life to helping other sufferers to do the same.
My Feed A Diabetic nutritional course contains everything you need to know about the optimal diet for diabetes. I’ve even included tips and tricks to help you de-toxify your body, and in-depth diet plans for pre-diabetics, Type 1 and Type 2 diabetics, and even children with juvenile diabetes.
If I could tell you one thing, it’s that you don’t have to suffer with diabetes all your life – and I’m the living proof!

Nicola was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes when she was 29-years-old – far later than the usual discovery of the autoimmune illness in childhood. She struggled for over 10 years with this debilitating condition, before studying for a PhD in Holistic Nutrition. She implemented what she learnt within the course, and within weeks her health improved dramatically.
Now, having reversed many of her symptoms through a tried-and-tested holistic diet, Nicola has created her nutrition course specifically for the sufferers of diabetes, entitled Feed A Diabetic. As part of this course, Nicola includes information on the optimal diet for diabetes, tips and tricks to de-toxify your body, and in-depth diet plans crafted for pre-diabetics, Type 1 and Type 2 diabetics, and children with juvenile diabetes.
